Chris Lorenzo is the man behind the house and bass movement in the Midlands. His sound engineering and production work for many of the artists involved in the scene catapulted it into the limelight in latter months of 2012. His remix of Switch’s ‘I Still Love You’ gained love from many DJs in the scene including Annie Mac and has knocked up almost 250,000 hits on YouTube in the process.

Many of his tracks have been getting the attention of many labels and being played exclusively by some of the biggest DJs on the planet including Claude VonStroke, DJ EZ and Jamie Jones. The breakthrough moment came in early 2013 when it was announced that Food Music had signed Hannah Want’s track ‘Dappy’ which Lorenzo had produced.

Being one half of production outfit Cause & Affect has exposed Lorenzo as a serious producer and DJ. With songs being signed to Dirtybird and a list of bookings across the UK and Europe coming up, it is safe to say that Chris Lorenzo is not going anywhere for a long time!
