FRENCH EXPRESS has become one of the biggest nu-disco and house labels in the industry. Unphased by the ups and downs and “hype” that the music business brings along with it, their mission is simply to put out great music and get people dancing. Four of French Expres’ biggest artists, Isaac Tichauer, Jonas Rathsman, Perseus (the label’s founder) and Moon Boots are teaming up for a night of great music at Electric Owl on Saturday November 2nd and we’re ecstatic to for this stellar line up.

Issac Tichauer Sydney, Australia // French Express Bound together with oozing soul and moody bass-lines, Isaac Tichauer’s productions splice together classic and contemporary house concepts. A classically trained pianist and heavily influenced by the Detroit house scene, Isaac orchestrates a deep progressive energy in his music through detailed synth work, melancholy vocals and classic lead elements from Rhodes to strings.

Jonas Rathsman Göthenburg, Sweden // French Express An integral member of the French Express crew declared ‘Future Star of 2013’ by BBC Radio 1’s key dance gatekeeper, Pete Tong, Jonas Rathsman seemed to burst from nowhere with huge Summer anthem ‘Bringing You Down’ earlier this year.

Moon Boots USA // French Express Moon Boots' style is decidedly nu-disco, favoring pulsing bass lines, funky synths and bold vocals.

Perseus USA // French Express Perseus is known for his tropical, beach-friendly production, going as far to describe the genre of his music as “euphoria”.
