Frédérick "Fred" Falke is a French based house producer and DJ of German origin. Falke started out as a bass player around 1995 before turning his hand to production work in the late 1990s. Since his first release of 'INTRO' on Vulture, Fred has dedicated himself to production work and remixes for the likes of Goldfrapp, Kelis,Jamiroquai, Little Boots, Gossip, U2, Grizzly Bear, Uffie, Ladyhawke, Florrie, Lykke Li, La Roux among many others.

This man started up from nothing, and is now one of Vancouver’s most popular DJs. Besides playing weekly nights such as Night Shift! and Ice Cream Social, he is in charge of Radio Zero on CiTR every Friday, and started the well-known DJ collective 1/2 Alive with friends Tony X and Jason Sulyma (a.k.a. my!gay!husband!).
