We’ve all had the dreams, or played the videogames, or had that conversation at the bar; what are YOU going to do when the zombie apocalypse happens? Everyone has his or her own ideas and options. You can take a bunch of sleeping pills and say screw it, there’s gotta be an afterlife and I don’t want to be alive when they start to eat me like those dinosaurs in Jurassic Park. You can raid a health food store and steal two years worth of supplements and live in an underground dwelling for as long as you can stave off cabin fever. You can grab daddy’s rifle, stack up on dynamite and discover your inner vigilante of the undead war. No matter what you choose though, we can all agree that a blow out party with all your friends and sweat dripping from the ceiling HAS to happen before we all go to heaven, or hell, or a bomb shelter that smells like your bathmat. Nightmare on Abbott Street will be that party for you! On Sunday October 31st come celebrate with three rooms of terrifying hedonism decorated by Mr. Dark (whose name clearly made him the inside favourite for the gig). Lotus will be the aforementioned zombie apocalypse theme, while Honey crawls up the back of your leg with arachnophobia, and Lick will basically be the house from the Ammityville Horror (the original, not the remake. I mean, c’mon!). Nightmare on Abbott Street; three rooms, three sounds, 3 am closing time!
